At Bachat Mart, we process refunds fairly and transparently. If your return request is approved under our Return Policy, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via your original payment method (bank, card, or wallet) or as store credit, depending on the refund option selected. Refund timelines may vary based on your bank’s processing time. In case of order cancellations before dispatch, prepaid payments are refunded in full. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Bachat Mart error (e.g., wrong or damaged item delivered).
